Avbeställning och ångerrätt

Du kan avbeställa kostnadsfritt fram till torsdag kl. 18.00 inför din leveranshelg. Därefter lämnar vi beställningen till bageriet.

Vid senare avbeställning kan vi ta ut skälig ersättning för kostnader och förlust som avbeställningen orsakar, enligt konsumentköplagen. Vi försöker alltid begränsa förlusten och tar hänsyn till kostnader vi slipper och eventuell vidareförsäljning. Har du redan betalat återbetalar vi det belopp som återstår efter eventuell ersättning.

Våra färska bagerivaror med kort hållbarhet omfattas inte av 14 dagars ångerrätt. Detta påverkar inte dina lagstadgade rättigheter vid felaktig eller försenad leverans.

Contactless delivery

Your order is left at your front door without personal handover. We only deliver to easily accessible spots right by the entrance - not to a garage, shed or other spot at the back of the house that requires a detour. You are responsible for providing a drop-off spot by the entrance that is sheltered from rain, snow and moisture; a basket or a lidded plastic container works well and keeps the bag safe from weather and animals. If your door has no shelter, please specify a suitable spot in the delivery instructions field when you order. Dörrfrallan is not liable for goods damaged by weather or animals at a drop-off spot chosen by the customer. Once the bag has been left we send a text message, and we take a photo of the bag at the door as confirmation of the delivery.

Homes we deliver to

We deliver to detached houses, townhouses and similar homes where the bag can be left at a private front door, and to apartments where the bag is left outside the building’s shared entrance door under the apartment delivery terms. We never enter the building or ring to be let in.

Apartment delivery – how it works

We leave the bag at the building’s shared entrance door, at the entrance you specify. We don’t go inside.

• We text you about five minutes before we arrive. If you’d like to receive the bag yourself, please meet us at the entrance. Unfortunately we can’t wait.
• If you’re not there, we leave the bag next to the entrance door, preferably in a box or bag marked with your name. We take a photo of the spot (never of people) and text you that the bag has been left. The photo is not sent to you. We keep it only until the weekend is over and delete it before the next delivery weekend.

Please collect the bag as soon as you get the text, as others may be able to reach the entrance. You are responsible for the address and entrance being correct. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Frallklubben

We send at most one message a week by text message and email before the delivery weekend to everyone with an account with us, with a reminder and sometimes campaigns or news from the bakery. You can say no at any time under My account, or by replying STOP.
